In 2014, Hawaiian Airlines began offering extra comfort seats on the Airbus 330-200 aircraft. In the second quarter of 2016, Hawaiian Airlines installed business class seats with 180 degree lie-flat seats on their aircraft A330 in a 2-2-2 configuration.
Hawaiian Airlines provides complimentary and paid beverage service on all its flights. Meals are not provided for the interisland flights since the duration of the flight is very short within 30-40 minutes flight time.
In march 2007, Hawaiian Airlines introduced tasting menu or tapas for its first-class passengers on mainland flights and international flights. The menu consists of twenty entrees set on rotation. and in 2012 Hawaiian Airline announced an upgrade to its economy class in the mainland flights, among the upgrades includes a complimentary glass of wine on lunch on in dinner and a free tropical cocktail before landing on breakfast flights.
Hawaiian Airlines has a frequent flyer program called Hawaiian Miles started in 1983. Miles earned by being a frequent flyer can be used or redeemed for tickets, cars, hotels, upgrades, stays, merchendise and products.

Hawaiian Airlines Baggage terms are simple.
It is not refundable when paid via web check-in , kiosk check-in.
Hawaiian Airlines will allow you to carry 23 kg or 50 lbs. Exceeding the weights mentioned will have to pay charges according to their destinations. Items exceeding 100 pounds are not acceptable.
Sizes should be within 60 linear inches (Length + width + Height)
First class passengers are allowed to carry 2 Bags free of charge. However, charges are applicable if the items exceeds the standard weights and sizes.
If you are carrying a surf boards and is/are flying within the states and Australia or New zealand, it will be included in the free baggage allowance.
If you are a qualified military passenger, you will be allowed to carry 2 check bags free of charge which you will have to check in at the airport with valid identification.
For passengers traveling on military orders, they will be allowed to carry 5 complimentary check bags with proof of government orders, each bag is limited to 70lbs maximum.
Hawaiian airlines Fare rules
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you have Booked and cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are eligible to get the full refund which will take 3-5 business days to show in your statement. However, if your travel date is within 7 days, the same will not be refunded.
If you wish to change our flights in Main cabin, Business class tickets, fare difference greater than $0 will be chargeable. Refund or credit will not be provided if the price difference is lesser than the original price.
There might be some exemptions regarding cancellations and changes because of the covid 19 2020 pandemic, however that does not mean the fare rules have changed.
